Head of Sales and Marketing Central London, circa £50,000 p.a. Pocket is London’s private sector market leader in the niche of developing intermediate housing that enables singles and couples on modest incomes own a home of their own. We are currently looking for a self-motivated person to work with our agents Savills and take control of the sales and marketing function for the remaining units in our three sites in Camden, Ealing and Hounslow. Applicants will have a successful track record of sales management in the new homes market, preferably in the volume residential development sector, as well as proven experience of delivering successful marketing campaigns and working with an external agent.
