Site requirements

Pocket is seeking sites with the following characteristics:

  • Between 0.2 and 0.8 acres - able to accommodate 15 to 40 units;
  • Ideally located in the areas covered by the Pocket doughnut and close to public transport;
  • Sites that have been cleared or include existing buildings that need to be demolished - conversions are also considered;
  • Vacant possession is preferred;
  • Planning permission is not a pre-requisite;
  • Purely residential sites and mixed use sites are considered equally;
  • Priced from £500,000 to £3,000,000, although more expensive sites will be considered; and
  • Clean title, preferably freehold, with no onerous covenants.
