Step 8: Contact your solicitor to discuss the contract

Please agree how you'll pay the deposit when you exchange, sign the contract ready to exchange and agree how to pay the balance of the purchase cost on completion.

Please ensure cleared deposit funds are lodged with your solicitor in time for exchange of contracts and you are clear on the balance of the monies required in time for completion.
