Sustainability

Pocket promotes sustainability so all Pocket developments have double glazing and cycle storage facilities. We also work with City Car Club, providing cars to share. Many of our schemes have communal boiler systems and solar hot water panels that are designed to help reduce energy usage. All of our developments are built on previously developed sites - we don’t develop in green belt areas.

With a compact design and the use of energy efficient light fittings, our apartments are environmentally friendly.
