BFCpocket is a joint venture between Pocket Living Ltd and BFC Partners.

Pocket builds affordable and stylish homes in London for young singles and couples. We’ve proved that smart design turns a compact living space into a desirable home, and that the quality of exterior and interior design, finishes and fittings need not be compromised by cost.

BFC Partners is owned and operated by three principals: Donald Capoccia, Joseph Ferrara, and Brandon Baron. Over the past 25 years BFC has pioneered the acquisition, development, financing, construction, marketing and management of affordable housing across New York, including government subsidized low and moderate-rental as well as for sale home ownership.
