adAPT NYC Pocket builds affordable homes across London, and has pioneered intelligently-designed compact housing for singles and couples.
We've teamed up with New York developer BFC Partners to respond to the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development's challenge of developing a new model of housing that responds to the City's changing demographics.
Working in collaboration with acclaimed architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, we've created a unique design for the City's site in Kips Bay.
The HPD will announce its decision between late December and early January. If our proposal is chosen, we expect to start construction in December 2013, and start leasing in February 2015. |
