COVID-19-Pocket-Living

COVID-19 update

We love London. There isn’t much that will delay us in helping city makers onto the housing ladder, but in these unprecedented times we want to ensure we are protecting everyone’s health and well-being, whether it’s our residents, our staff or our partners.

With that said, our current policy is to maintain business as usual wherever possible, with staff working remotely to minimise potential damage to the economy and ensure that we can continue to help middle earning Londoners and in particular our key workers get onto the property ladder.

Our sales team is on hand to hold virtual viewings for both Pocket homes and open market Pocket Edition homes. To arrange a virtual viewing, call our sales team on 020 7291 3683 or email sales@pocketliving.com. Our current developments for sale include:

Harbard Close IG11 in Barking and Dagenham
West Green Place N17 in Haringey
Bollo Lane W4 in Chiswick

Following a virtual viewing, a physical viewing can be arranged, which will be conducted in accordance with Government guidelines for the safety of both staff and customers. Upon booking a physical viewing, all details needed to ensure everyone’s safety will be provided.

We are also gearing up to launch developments in Redbridge, Gardner Close E11, and Croydon, Addiscombe Grove CR0. If you are interested in any of these developments, register for a My Pocket account here.

We are able to guide our existing buyers remotely through the sales process to the point of exchange. When it comes to setting a completion date, we are well equipped to offer a home tour via video call, and on the day of completion, we are able to make keys available without any face-to-face meetings.

If you already own a Pocket home, please continue to contact our customer care team with any enquiries. Please note that we are currently unable to attend to tickets that are not deemed to be an emergency.

We are sending best wishes and support to all of our customers, contractors and stakeholders in these difficult times, and we will continue to keep you updated.
