It’s been six weeks since the property market started reopening, and we’ve experienced one of our busiest months ever as we’ve started safely moving first time buyers into new homes once again.
Some encouraging figures have left us feeling energised and optimistic about the future of home ownership for middle earning Londoners in a post-lockdown world. In the last week, traffic to our website was up 30% compared to last year, and Pocket registrations have been steadily increasing, showing that there is a big appetite in the market for Londoners looking to move into a home of their own.
This week, we’re launching an exciting new development in Croydon – Addiscombe Grove CR0. We’re holding a pre-launch for key workers before opening sales up to all other first time buyers who live or work in the Borough. We’re also gearing up to launch Gardner Close E11 in Redbridge later on this summer. If you are interested in either of these developments, register for a My Pocket account here.
Following the successful launch of Gainsford Road E17, we’re happy to announce that we received planning permission in May to return to the area and build at Forest Road. We’ll be bringing 90 more affordable Pocket homes to Waltham Forest – stay tuned for further updates.
We’re now open, ready and waiting to take you on virtual viewings of our available Pocket homes and open market Pocket Edition homes. To arrange a virtual viewing, call our sales team on 020 7291 3683 or email email@example.com. We have homes for sale in some fantastic developments, including:
Following a virtual viewing, a physical viewing can be arranged, which will be conducted in accordance with Government guidelines for the safety of both customers and staff. Upon booking a physical viewing, all details needed to ensure everyone’s safety will be provided.
We’re able to guide our existing buyers remotely through the sales process to the point of exchange. When it comes to setting a completion date, we’re well equipped to offer a home tour via video call, and on the day of completion, we’re able to make keys available without any face-to-face meetings.
If you already own a Pocket home, please continue to contact our customer care team with any enquiries. Please note that we are currently unable to attend to tickets that are not deemed to be an emergency.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers, contractors and stakeholders who have been by our side in these difficult times. We have been touched by the stories of kindness that have emerged from our Pocket communities, and we’re thrilled to be having these conversations about moving forward once again.
