What happens if you want to sell?

Your flat is yours to live in, not sublet or use as an investment.

But life changes. If you decide to move on, you can sell your home to another eligible buyer. That means someone who, like you, lives or works in London and doesn’t already own a property. (As with the first sale, other eligibility criteria may apply for an initial period.)

Our team can support you through the resale process, just like we did when you first bought your home.
