A slender 27-storey building with striking green glazed-terracotta tiles. Arranged around a unique triangular core, some of the homes overlook the gently flowing River Wandle while others offer panoramic views across London.
Weedington Road NW5 was the first ever Pocket Living scheme. The building provided homes for 22 city makers who purchased new Pocket homes as first time buyers back in 2008.
Occupying the site of a former garage, Weedington Road NW5 was designed by architectural practice Burrell Foley Fischer. There's a secure entrance that opens onto a split-level shared outdoor space, and residents have access to secure cycle storage. All the homes have floor to ceiling windows, fully fitted kitchens and wet-room style bathrooms.
