  2. Complete an affordability assessment

    In order to progress with purchasing a Pocket home you need an approved affordability assessment from Censeo, our suggested Independent Mortgage Advisor (IMA).
  3. Viewing day

    Once we receive your approved affordability assessment, you will be able to book in a viewing through My Pocket.
  4. Expression of Interest [EOI]
