Cadence at King's Cross was the first Pocket Rent scheme to be delivered in partnership with Related Argent.
The Pocket part of the building delivered 60 Discount Market Rent homes for local Camden residents. The rents were set at least 20% below local market value, creating an opportunity for local people to stay in the area they know and love.
The building was designed by Alison Brooks Architects and was delivered in October 2023.
Residents have access to a roof terrace and, of course, the homes are car-free, being a stone's throw from King's Cross and St Pancras stations, and feature bike storage – we argue it's the best way to travel in any city.
These much-needed homes were occupied within less than a month following completion. Demonstrating the need for Discount Market Rent homes to keep the city makers in London.
