We want to build more affordable homes in London

Our mission is to help young, middle earning Londoners, who contribute to their city in so many ways, buy their first homes.

We transform underutilised pieces of land in prime locations across London into discounted homes, which are sold exclusively to local first time buyers. This allows them a way to get their feet onto the housing ladder and own a piece of the city they love.

Support more homes

We strongly believe that communities should have a say in the housing being built on their doorsteps. We rely on the support of local communities to successfully put through planning applications and therefore build more discounted homes across London.
