Since January we have launched seven schemes across five boroughs and moved many city makers into their first homes. The Pocket team have been hard at work!

Evening Standard New Homes Award 2016
Winner Best First Time Buyer Home – Marcon Place E8, Hackney
Up against stiff competition at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards, Pocket’s first scheme in Hackney Marcon Place E8 won Best First Time Buyer Home. The judges cited its affordability, great design, focus on community and striking architecture from Waugh Thistleton.

Joint Winners – Most Innovative Specialist Solution
The National Housing Awards, now in their tenth year, recognise excellence in affordable housing. The awards celebrate excellence, innovation, creativity and progression in the affordable housing sector. Pocket were delighted to be nominated for Most Innovative Specialist Solution, and elated to be announced joint winners with Southern Housing Group – Second Steps.
